Sometimes things get a little fuzzy during an afternoon at the office, avoiding being productive as much as possible. Here’s a friendly reminder of what you may have missed while you were making plans to start drinking.
The Padres (62-84) scored more runs than the San Francisco Giants (77-68), 3-1, yesterday afternoon at AT&T Park, completing a three-game sweep.
Madison Bumgarner (14-9, 2.66) pitched six and two-thirds innings, giving up three runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out five.
