While You Were Drinking: Game 99 (SD vs StL)

Sometimes things get a little fuzzy after a night in the pub. Here’s a friendly reminder of what you might have missed while you were drinking

I missed about 8 innings of this game today. Because this was happening at the same time.

Apparently the Padres came oh so close to winning this game on the final swing. Better than having it decided by the 5th inning, I say.

The Padres head to Milwakuee (Click the link. Trust me.) to face the Brewers for four games. Andrew Cashner takes the mound against  Tom Gorzelanny at 5:10pm PDT.

Will Venable made an outstanding diving catch in foul territory in the 4th.

Carlos Quentin got a little fancy making this catch in the 7th. Can anyone confirm that Mark Grant is still alive? He sounds like he was being eaten by a bear after that catch.

Allen Craig ended the game with this catch.
