While You Were Drinking: Game 146 (SD vs ATL)

Sometimes things get a little fuzzy after an evening in the pub. Here’s a friendly reminder of what you might have missed while you were drinking.

The Padres came back from a 3-0 deficit to defeat the Atlanta Braves last night by a score of 4-3. Chase Headley hit a game-tying home run in the 8th inning. Logan Forsythe had the game winning RBI later in the same inning, despite a pain flare-up from plantar fasciitis before the game.

Ian Kennedy gave up two home runs, a solo shot by Justin Upton and a two-run bomb by Brian McCann, but battled through six, striking out 5 with 5 hits and 2 walks. Huston Street closed out the victory for his 30th save of the season.

Tonight it’s Robbie Erlin going up against Kris Medlen at 4:10pm PDT.
