While You Were (Day) Drinking: Game 124 (SD vs NYM)

Sometimes things get a little fuzzy after a Sunday afternoon in the pub. Here’s a friendly reminder of what you might have missed while you were (day) drinking.

Padres. Will Venable. Walk-off home run.

Any questions?

Eric Stults pitched 6 2/3 innings, giving up 3 runs on 6 hits & 2 walks with 5 K’s. Nick Hundley went 3-for-3 with 1 walk & scored a run.

The Pittsburgh Pirates come to town for three games. Andrew Cashner faces Francisco Liriano tonight at 7:10 pm PDT. Tyson Ross goes against A.J. Burnett on Tuesday night. And Ian Kennedy takes the mound versus Gerrit Cole on Wednesday afternoon.
