While You Were Drinking: Game 105 (SD vs AZ)

Sometimes things get a little fuzzy after a night in the pub. Here’s a friendly reminder of what you might have missed while you were drinking.

Andrew Cashner brought out the snake skinning knives, as the Padres whacked the Diamondbacks 12-3.

Cashner went 6 innings with 5 K’s. The Diamondbacks’ starter, Tyler Skaggs, pitched more like Ricky Skaggs, lasting only 3 2/3 innings.

The Padres are now 47-58.

Tyson Ross takes the mound against Patrick Corbin today at 1:10pm PDT.

Carlos Quentin opened the scoring with his RBI double scoring Cabrera in the 1st inning.

Everth Cabrera got Cashner out of a bases loaded jam in the 1st inning with a double-play.

Yonder Alonso opened the floodgates on the Diamondbacks with his bases clearing double in the 3rd inning.

Chris Denorfia went Norf on Skaggs with a monstrous 2-Norf home Norf in the 4th Norf.

Chase Headley then made it back-to-back home runs.

Cashner hit his first career extra base hit in the 6th. Oh, and it was a home run.
