Knockaround will have a pop-up shop, there will be a photo booth, music, Padres trivia, the beer will be flowing and we’ll be there filming a Padres and Pints. Everyone is invited and admission is FREE. So come join us!
In case you weren’t paying attention…
It’s Opening Day. Why are you reading this drivel?

Always enjoy responsibly. Don’t read and drive.
First off I’d like to say how excited I am to see this all finally come together. I’ve been trying to get this done for quite a while now and this year things finally fell into place perfectly. We’ve got a great group here and I’m looking forward to 2013 and we hope all of you are too.
Also if the next time you see me I’m speaking in haiku format, please understand that I did a ton of haiku’s these past few weeks and it’s taking a while to wear off, so bear with me.
With FanFest quickly approaching and most of the Padres Public group in attendance, be on the lookout for a video camera and prepare to be interviewed for Padres and Pints. In case you don’t know, Padres and Pints is a series here at RJ’s Fro where we meet with a special guest at a beer hotspot (or ballpark) and discuss the Padres. We bring cameras, have some beers and good times are had by all. Last year we went to FanFest and shot our 2nd ever episode. I thought I’d repost the episode here as our debut Padres Public entry and to bring back the memories of such a special 2012 season, well at least for us and our beer consumption. We talk beer, we talk Padres, we talk breakfast, and we have an intimate discussion in the dark dungeons of PETCO Park with Padres CEO Tom Garfinkel.
Be on the lookout for FanFest 2: The Empire Strikes Back next week. Enjoy!
